In collaboration with American’s for Prosperity-West Virginia, the Cardinal Institute sent a letter with several suggestions to Governor Justice as to the best ways to respond to the novel coronavirus crisis. The suggestions ranged from expanding scope of practice for pharmacists to expediting state tax refunds to citizens owed money. The full letter can be found here.
